The Moon light, it was dancing...Fireflies, stealing it's light....our laughter... it was the music in the night... Carried to distant stars.. A memory immortalized...in the secret places of our hearts.....Each day is a lesson we must learn...I just never imagined, you would learn all your lessons first!!.... Now standing alone in the midnight breeze... I find it hard to smile... Yet your spirit forces me to....If all I have is that one memory of you, Laughing in the moon light....It will be enough.. and all I will ever need........................................................................................................................................................ { I guess i should explain this peice a bit..This is my Dear cousin Lisa and her daughter courtney... Lisa was my best friend and sister by choice.. we grew up together... When my Hubby was in Iraq at the start of the war.. she was my rock!... i did this painting days after she had passed from me... It was hard to say so when i first posted this... cause i did not want the "i am sorry's" not that i would not appecaite them.. but there is no reason to be sorry.. she past as she wanted to... Happy and finially without the cronic pain she endured... she passed in her sleep and her daughter was not there... I got to tell her i loved her days before.. so i am content with this all... oh yes... it still hurts so very much... but i am happy for her!.. thank you all for your wonderful comments... that ment the most to me!!!!}

Monique, I've faltered, yet again. This is so beautiful, and your words so loving, and tender. Wow! As is already observed, you are also a very evocative writer! It's a privilege to be able to see your art.Anonymous Guest 24 Jul 2007
