You know what I like about flowers, Janice? Even though they are natural is being, they appear so abstractly beautiful in essence. This one has such intense color and its petals are so disturbingly curled (almost like purple flesh) that I pause to contemplate the intricacies of the natural world, especially in regards to reproduction. ;)
