Down Beat

Clark has observed and attended to African American music and dance from The days of the Charleston to break dancing -- the overlapping, evolution and variation. Styles of music such as ragtime, jazz and rock are inspirations for the dancers from the cakewalk to the break. between the two world wars - jitterbugging was the core of popular dancing, and for the past three decades rock and roll has flavored the scene. You remember some of the dances - eagle rock, ballin' the jack, snake hips, fishtail, shimmy, black bottom, lindy hop, suzy q. shorty george, the mooch, boogie, peckin, truckin; etc. today they are too numerous to try to name, but the "music go round and round and it comes out here." The father and son supervized color separations and printing. Four color ink photo-offset lithography was done by Golden Gate Litho. All printed posters were printed on high quality archival paper. All printed posters were printed on high quality archival paper. Size is 24 X 30 inches Shipping is FREE inside the U.S.
