Francis Rivera always comments, as many other artists do on my work. But, she mentioned that she would like to see more drawings of Chaka Khan. I was only more than happy to do more. I think Chaka is a more than magnificent singer. Any one else who does not know her, may want to go to YouTube, and check her out. There are old videos of her, and her most recent ones. Now if you think she yells too much or has a big mouth, then I can think of no better reason to yell or to have one. She puts her heart into her songs. She's probably sung those songs thousands of times, so of course when she performs live, she's going to change up a few things, on occasion. If you buy her music it will be a bit different for the recording studio. You'll love her voice. I did not know David Foster wrote Chaka's "Trough The Fire." No wonder he is so respected in the music industry. This song is one of the top 15 of my favorite songs that Chaka Kahn sings. Hope you like her portrait, and if you listen, I hope you like that too.
