Thank you Cathy. It was part of a series that I did for a one woman show in Hawaii. It was the first time I had painted since I had fallen down a full flight of stairs and got permanent nerve damage to my right hand. I had the show planned for 2 years so about 2 months before the show I did 13 paintings, the exact number of steps on the stairway. It was all by accident .. pardon the pun! It was for me indeed "magic" as I did not think I would be able to hold a cup again much less paint.. but I did so it taught me a lot about myself and my own personal will. Anyway.. thank you. ~Kathy
