The red and gold flower is known mostly as Indian Blanket, aka Blanket Flower. It is not so commonly found here as some other wildflowers. After looking at over 100 varieties of yellow wildflower images online, I can only hope the identity shown here is correct, i.e., Prairie Coreopsis. Then again, some plants have 4 or 5 common names...oh well.
