Artist Reply: indeed...my Aunt Ruby, God rest her soul, loved nothing better than seeing one of their herd's newborn calves...she and my uncle raised White Faced Herefords and Black Angus for market many, many years in deep East Texas. I grew up in the suburbs around Dallas but my roots are in the country (among the tall trees).

I thinks its all about eating grass (food) that you haven't already waliked on Brenda. I wouldn't want to eat my food if someone else had walked all over it. Cute wee Burgers though. Sorry I meant calfs.
