Jaffa's Clock Tower

The Clock Tower is one of Jaffa's landmarks. It is three-stories high and crowned with an elaborate multi-gabled roof. It was built in the beginning of the 20th century to celebrate the silver jubilee of the reign of the Ottoman Sultan Abd al-Hamid the second. The tower has been restored lately and has retrieved some of its old beauty. The photo was taken on April 3, 2007.
