wow you should be in National Geographic with your wonderful animal photos. You are right on with your closeups and colors
Artist Reply: I wish National Geographic agreed with you. That would be a cool gig! As long as I please myself and a few others with my images I will always feel accomplishment! I just love to make images.
Artist Reply: Thanks for the comment Curtis... I love Lake Martin, but since Katrina the wildlife has suffered a lot! I was elated to make this find and be able to capture this image.
Artist Reply: Thanx Chris, This image was taken in the swamps around Lake Martin in Breaux Brindge Louisiana. I went down to have a look at the rokkeries and try to get images of the Rosetta Spoonbill's - but last year the birds were distrubed and are out in an area that is almost impossiable to get any decent photos
oh uh wow....nice capture...i hope mother wasnt behind your camera....wow what a scary thought and place to take shots...awsome capture...
Artist Reply: Thanx for the comment - the mother was just behind these babies... She did get a little distrubed that I was this close, but allowed me the oppertunity to get a few decent shots before she wanted me to move away.
