Do not be so negative! I think you do have a point about the effect of the inking, but it turned out just fine. I think the inking on the wings needed to be a little watered down for a lighter air environment. Try to think of the effect of light and shadow rather than a black outline. The wings themselves look nice, I know they can be difficult (I have yet to perfect this!). Perhaps consider a background, I know they're boring but it's challenging, it'll give your fairy a purpose and add to her character. But seriously, a balanced outlook on your artwork is important! If you think something went badly it's not wrong to say so but look for the good points too.
