On December 2, 2006 one of the officers I work with was gunned down in the line of duty while questioning a subject on a separate shooting. Officer Cox had a monumental influence on the area he worked and the picture is only part of the memorial that sprang up in the Whitecenter neighborhood by the people he helped serve.
