Four over four decades Mother Ruth, as she is affectionately known, has been serving as a Pastor of Outreach Church,her ministry by no means is limited to a specific group or class of people, she has an extraordinary ministry of love and shares it unconditionally with whomever she comes in touch with.On Feb 10th she will celebrate her 76th Birthday.
