depending on how you choose to view this it's either dawn or dusk which can really change the overall feel of the pic.older gent(i'm assuming 'cause of the cane) finally coming back to his roots in the evening of his life or dawn and he's coming home to the warm comfort of his family after a hard nights work. beautiful either way.
Your work is really quite moving Fioana! This one reminds me of a dream my Aunt had after my Grandmother passed away! For a year, each night, she dreamed that my Grandmother walked up a hill! At the top of the hill, she would turn and look back down, as if waiting! The night my Grandfather died, my Aunt dreamed that my Grandmother walked up the hill, but this time, she kept going! She did not have to wait for her beloved anymore!! Wonderful job on this brilliant work!! ~S
