sunset on the sea [original sold]

This painting was created in 2005 after the souvenir from the sea seen from the ferry during a trip I had made to Prince Edward Island in 1966. Oil on canvas 12 x 16" ©gdex original painting has been sold on may 6th 2007

Very pretty. Were you inspired by a sunset from a ferry to somewhere? I saw a similar sunset on my way from Nova Scotia to PEI.
