This is Toa Hahli,Toa of water, one of the the six Bionicle Heroes. My son loves all the bionicles, but I think this one is his favorite....so this is his Christmas gift. It was a fun one to paint.

I missed this, it's fantastic, I love what you do with your paint, the white, scratchy effect is wonderful. I've so much to learn with this medium, lol! I bet your son's room looks just like mine, full of his mums pictures, they won't need wallpaper soon, hehe!:)nat ewert 08 Oct 2007
Ren, this proves you can work with any subject, human or otherwise. The lighting on each little piece is really well done. I would love to see you do some sci-fi! Great background too. I also dig bionicles, as does the husband.Thomas Conroy 02 Aug 2007
I think I rember get my foot stabbed by this little guy when my son was younger, he loved his Bionicles. Fantastic rendition
