Created to Praise (In Progress)

A work in progress...my first oil in nearly 25 years since the unfinished Cam and Sam I'm enjoying this but am green about oils any constructive criticism would be much appreciated not on the concept (that is set in stone) but on technique. It is 24 x 36" I hope to be finished in a few days.
