This one is part four of the new " Mask " series which will be shown in several exhibitions throughout the Tyrol at the carnival time from January to in the end of February..........I love Venetian masks so the idea for this drawing comes from within, but also is the result of a variety of experiences , feelings and imagery from my time spent at the carnival in Venice that famous lagoon town in Italy! ..........Artwork is done with watercolour pencils , size 40 cm / 50 cm,all materials used are of professional quality . Hello Brigitte! How are you? What a dramatic image! Love those 'dead fish' eyes so cold and cruel and fleshy dis-satisfied mouth. Beatifully drawn, especially the long talons. Ooooo....er! LOve it!
