Living in the Garden

With a show coming up, I figured I should finish some works in progress. I have felt so efficient and motivated, it has been great. I was attracted to the range of colour and the fruit being at different stages of development. This tree is right outside our kitchen window, so it is one of the first things I see every morning as I make my cup of coffee. After I painted the first lemon painting, I learned that it is a symbol of faith. It is very fruitful. When I look at it, I feel a sense of joy and blessing...... Artist retains full copyright. great job

Artist Reply: Thanks William. I just corrected the colour in the image today. I had to rephotograph it with the white balance adjusted. Much closer now.

Great painting, Timothy! It's so wonderful sunny with all the bright colours.

Artist Reply: Thanks. I couldn't quite adjust the colours in the photo of the painting and in real life it is even sunnier.

Your peaches are so realistic they look juicy. What a beautiful painting, Timothy!

Artist Reply: Thanks. I like that people see them as juicy. These are actualy lemons but I would love to find a juicy peach tree.
