Artist Reply: Thank you Loredana! I'll be off to visit rose gardens in a week. There's some local rose gardens to go to. I will also try to stop and get some photos of the local rose growing farms. The roses are all in bloom right now. It's amazing to see acres of roses of all colors.

Artist Reply: Thank you Cynthia. This shaped rose worked so well!! I find the more closed up rose harder to get a good design from. This one was such a frangrant rose, I had to pick it to take into my house. I am so going to plant a huge rose garden when I move. Already working on a list of which ones I want to get. I can't bring any of my plants from Arizona into California, they don't allow it in due to risk of insect and disease getting into the farms and forests. I'll be starting a garden from scratch. Gardening brings me such a joy and I get lost even if I'm just weeding it.
