BallPoint Pen Art is a new American Folk art program that is introducing the most sold pen system in history! J.J. Load an American registed the first ballpoint pen in 1888 that was retooled by two Biro brothers and produced worldwide in 1938. Bic reported last year that they sold over one hundred billion of their ballpoint pens. That only represents one company within a worldwide pen industry.
