A Fall Walk in the Woods

©Seth F.Weaver Sr.2005. Acrylic on canvas. This painting was done as I was recovering from a broken back. The doctors gave me mixed prognosis but through prayer I've recovered. This was my dream to be able to stand, to walk, and enjoy my favorite season FALL. Thank the Lord I'm almost back. Thanks for looking. Seth

Artist Reply: Joanna how did you find this work? It is my first work on AW. Much appreciated comment Joanna. This picture is very symbolic to me. I painted it from my wheelchair when I was recovering from a broken back and some doctors had told me I wouldn't walk again. The image is me. When I was young hiking and camping were things I liked to do. God healed me! After getting out of my wheelchair in 2005 . I fell and broke both legs. Today I'm on a cane and WALKING. Praise the Lord. Sorry you probably didn't want to hear all this stuff.

This is interesting, like he's walking into the open. Cool! Also, the cane, anyone you know? :o)
