Hey, Nelly--Zeeland is apparently not that much different at all from East Hampton, here. We both have the flatlands (and "sea-light" all around), to make us appreciate the sky! I love your emphasis on the skies, minimizing the land-forms and human activity below... Great series!
Nelly, I just adore these wide open highways and scenes that you paint. It makes me want to take a long drive to see somebody I don't know. You are wonderful at this work and all others I have seen. miguel
Wonderful dreamscape Nelly. Love the contrast of the bands of flat colour with the grey cloud threatening the tranquil blue of that vast sky. Wonderful. Love it!
