This is a capture I did during a sunset of a bird in a tree. I liked the golden tones contrasting with the shadowy black outlines.

Black with soft coloraiton of the sky is so grand.....great post.

Artist Reply: Thanks Tazda! It was one of those days that was so perfect. I didn't want to go in and stop taking photos. I aimed not to get glare and to see what would happen, and got this capture. A nice gift from a lovely day.

Artist Reply: Thank you Loredana! After the bright kalidiscopes I had posted, felt time for something more serene and subtile. I hadn't tried this type of capture before, and was surprized at the results.

Artist Reply: Thank you Miguel! I am always unsure of my photo works. I know what I like, but don't neccessary know if others find them appealling. Doing on-line galleries really helped me gain more confidence with all my works.
