A wonderful display of murals.... My hat is off to you! Murals are tough physically as well as challenging : getting the proportions right on everything!!!
Artist Reply: yes...you got that right Julie... especially ceilings.
The most difficult project a mural artist can undertake. I am working on two now that are 400 square feet each. Two clients. Both extremely difficult and challenging.
These murals are amazing! I like the intro at the top, but can't read the wording below the mural & progress pics. These are all very beautiful!!
Artist Reply: sorry tanya, sometimes when they upload to this website, the copy gets blurred. The original is crisp and clear on my computer in 150 dpi. funny how that happens huh. its the digital age.
Some amazing murals here As a portrait fan I love the one of Bogie but all are just excellent!
Artist Reply: thanks Mark... I met my sweetheart while completing that mural. So its close to my heart. I like the Bogmeister too, got a couple of paintings of the guy in this portfolio.
What a wonderful tallent you have. Please post these individually once complete. These small thumbnails do not do justice to your work!!!
Artist Reply: thanks Tracey, most of these are already posted individually under the Murals & Decorative Art Collection.... you are moments away from seeing them at four times this size!
Artist Reply: hello Renata, great to hear from you again! Its been a long time. I have been so impressed with your new works (you are on my favorites list). May God bless your family and your artwork. You are a talented young lady.
I love this work, John... you'll have to tell me what materials you use to make it permanent/ protected...then all i have to do is convince my girlfriend to let me do one
Artist Reply: Home Depot: Acrylic clearcoat, sometimes satin if you dont want a hot glossy look to the finish. Roll it on with a sponge brush for no streaks if possible and do it in coats that wont run or sag. You will like the results!
you are one busy artist... nice to se how you work, and the progressions.
Artist Reply: thanks Barbara, rarely do I have the opportunity to ask someone to take a shot of me working, so these are few and far between. I just keep painting till my arthritis flairs up.
