This image is a mixture of acrylic, ink, pencil, and charcoal. I created it about ten years ago, when I was 18. At his waist, Jesus becomes a syringe flowing into the Earth. You can see some tubes also running from the purple hourglass in the upper left-hand corner, into the syringe. Altogether, this was meant to symobolize the presence of Jesus and religion throughout history.
