where life begins

this one is one i drew in the labor room with my wife the picture with the water coming out of the time on the cinderblocks below is the time when her water broke at 4:15 we go to the hospital at 6:05 pm ....and because she cried a river of tears the baby was born 3:06 am. baby girl weighing in at 7 lbs and 6 ounces and the arrow it means its time to go and move forward.....

The image is full of meaning even without the explanation. I must say that the text helps a lot in understanding the image. The fact that you are drawing at such an unnerving moment is a testimony to the importance it plays in your life. The aminotic fluid waterfalls are a nice touch. Good luck with your daughter.
