I love the colores, and the overall fun feel, great concept for kids network...maybe try without the dropshadow? and kern the space between a & b (in the word fab)..:)
Lovely design! I assume you didn't pick the company name? I must admit - when I first saw the thumbnail (before reading "Children's Entertainment") I thought "Ab Fab" - a new ab workout routine/exercise equipment? LOL - This is really nice design work though - well done!
