Touch Of Love

THis one is a close up of my newborn granddaughter grasping my fingers. Create from blank screen/canvas,using a referernce photo taken by my husband. I used a wacom tablet and Painter Clasic software to do this one. It was the first time I got to touch her, a touch of love.

absolutely beautiful

Artist Reply: Thank you Lyle! Sorry I took so long to reply! I've been girl scout camping with my troop, and recoving from that. This is one of the works I'm most proud of as it reaches out to many. It's the best hands I'll probaly be able to do as well. This one will always tug at my heart reminding me of the moment my grandaughter reached out and grabbed my finger.

I will always protect you...that's what I see...beautiful Terry

Artist Reply: Thank you Naomi so much for your comments on my work and e-mails. I am learning more and more each day and hope to create more art that is pleasing to more than myself. Will be off traveling this week and next, so may not be able to post new works. Babies are so trusting and curious, they know if they are loved, and steal one's heart. How can anyone not feel protective towards them, priceless gifts they are all.

you have an amazing talent if this is drawn digitally from nothing! Brilliant work! Lisa x

Artist Reply: Thanks Lisa! I did look at a photo that I had up on the corner of my monitor to reference. I'm one that has to look to get the details right. This took alot of work to get it done, I hate working on hands. Still, it was such a dear moment I wanted to do it as a painting. It was worth the effort I put into it. THis one is a favorite of my works.

Artist Reply: Thank you Roz! This one was such a wonderful moment to be able to share. I can't believe she is already two now. I'll be seeing her tomorrow to spoil.
