To me this is a very interesting portrait. On the one hand I see a very creative offering and design, with color with the red flowers and the framing. But perhaps I see a different side of Nira which I may not have seen before.
The side face pose to me seems provocative, almost seductive and sensual expression with the hand sweeping through the hair as you gaze off into the distance. It is a very good portrait and I love it. ....................

Artist Reply: Pepita,Thank you so much...There is a chance i might try to paint this composition in Oil...personally ,I love it...its one expression of myself...and there is the chance that i try to do more compositions ,before "TAKING THE TIME" for Oils.
Artist Reply: What we CREATE in our own hands ,our mind,our spirit,our soul,is always us...whether it is one expression or other of ourself,or someting else...whether it is design,painting...a poem...i see each creation as part of us...sometimes its more representative ,sometimes is less...this was done yesterday night,and it truly represent myself during the last few days.Every and each creation ,i ever done in my life...is a small component of a WHOLE Big picture of who i am.Perhaps this is the reason ,that i find it difficult to start a painting of a self - portrait...because the choice is so wide..Meanwhile,i try to capture different compositions...which maybe will lead me eventually to a REAL SELF PORTRAIT.
