This is great, the contrast of the dark glasses and hat against the lighter tones of the face and hair, and the way u can see his EYES thru the glasses, superb!

Excellent work! Fantastic details and reflection on glasses. You get a sence of knowing his dedication to his work! AN unsung hero! Love the way he is and don't think it needs anything else. Focus should be kept right on face & reflection.
