This flower's beauty and stance struck me. It is an unkwown flower in a bed full interesting and unique perennials in the inner city. I would love to know what this flower is called if anyone knows.

It would be so wonderful to see the green lawns of spring :) I am so tired of the winter here , cold and dead. I have something like this that grows in my yard, don't know what it is either ...LOL...
