I think it's a great layout. Nice crisp, text. The city scape and police car are placed well. My favorite part is the glowing police silhouette. It makes me think, Picture yourself here. Very nicely done.

Artist Reply: Sarina, Thank you for your comment. Yes, the silhouette serves several purposes; 1) with what you said..."Picture yourself here" 2)No reference to gender or race. I really hate having to keep in mind what people will think if you used a male or female or why this race and not another. But, in our days, the PC is in everything. I used a female in one of our back covers in our magazines and someone on our department complained because we used a female that appeared to be stress and sad. I told her the woman was the only one around in uniform at the time we needed to take the picture. Can't please them all.
