I agree with the fact that there are some issues with the anatomy (her waist is too small, her arms need to be a little wider etc) but the color composition totally makes up for it. For some reason I also love the style of eyes you draw, very nice ^_^
I like your background a lot. I like the color choice and the mood of the piece. The main character is nicely done as well, some anatomay probs, but I'm not one to talk myself. I can see you textured the clothes, but some shadow and highlighs will bring them out just like on her skin. Nicely done.
