This little girl has since grown up and is now a grandma. Her momma has Alzheimers, and can't remember the little girl. I was commissioned to draw this picture from a small photograph. A memory.

Linda this is really a beautiful portrait. Such a sad story as well.

Oh! How tragic and sad. I hope one day they find a cure for this horrible affliction... and I pray they do. I hope it never happens to me...I am sure no one wants this to become a personal reality. I wish comfort for this time for all involved and for you as they are your friends. You did a divine job...I mean that! I love all your drawings...
