I can't remember the premise behind this character, but I do know she was supposed to be a psion. I'm happy with how the character turned out, except her staff, I couldn't get the wood to look right.

I have a small collection of staffs of my own. Looking at them they are essentially featureless except for the actual details I carved. So I'd say you created something more interesting to look at than featureless without being entirely unrealistic.
