First Storm of the Year Oct 5th

First Storm (Snow) of the Year. Early afternoon looking out towards the Winnipeg Parliment Building on Oct. 5th, 2005. This weather is the result of a Colorado low being introduced to artic air. Gosh Les! This is fabulous. It has all the atmosphere, colour and texture of an impressionist painting. Love the snowflakes flying in the wind and the rosy mist lying low over the bronze Autumn trees. Fantastic! Love it!
