Kel'tis is a handsome young halfling, so charming that he is sure none can resist his smile - girls love the naughty boy and he never misses the chance to use that. A tricky rogue in his character and a sorcerer in his soul, he likes to be called 'Kel'tis the Sorcerer', believing that a dragon blood runs in his veins.
