Artist Reply: Thank you Diana. The breed name is "Canadian Horse". You think they could have been a little more creative eh? It is a 400+ year old breed originating in Quebec, founded by King Louis of France's royal breeding stock. Google "Canadian Horse Heritage and Preservation Society" for some good info and links.
