A futuristic city on the continent Ishtar Terra, the highland in the northern hemisphere of the planet Venus. Through the whole city are canals with waterfalls to cool down the higher temperatures, as you may discover in above design, which took quite a lot of more time to make than the previous you all viewed and commented on.
