she's dressed 'to the nines' and waiting for the party to begin......i began with an original photo, then painted on it and added filters in photoshop and ulead....zoomed in version is original photo, and my digital painting of the lady, which i painted on a blank 'canvas' then put her in the picture ...photo is downtown put in bay ohio
