Some kind of Fly...?

I think this is a fly that is like mixed with a bee...He was drawing pollen from the center of one of my moms flowers. Also when he flys he does it exactly in the same manner as a humming bird...I was watching two of them and they move so fast it was hard to even get a good shot, but this one came out the clearest of all.
