A wonderfully sensitive handling of a lovely composition. Love the shadows stroked under the flowers over the wall and the violet tints covering the walls of the chapel suggesting a coolnessin the shade.Like the little fountain below the sunwashed steps. All is calm, all is bright.......

Love the incredable detail.. the archways.. the stairway, the railings, the vines with the lovely flowers! so much to see! and your use of shadow and light is awesome.. brings out so much detail! excellent use of colours!! Fabulous watercolour Francis! a delight for the eyes!! :o)
