The old story about looking only at the surface for qualities that probably just aren't there. Of course, this guy shines out like a peacock, so viewer beware. This is made of my custom compound, floral foam, newsprint, and cardboard. It is painted using acrylics. This is more of that Original Jones Art that folks like to watch but seldom touch here in northwest Austin, Texas.

You're passionate about what you do Charles. This is certainly a prime example of that fervor. Enjoy your weekend.

Artist Reply: I had some friends stop by just after its completion. It was sitting out front drying when they drove up. They seemed to really enjoy it, John. It was worth the effort just for that small reward. Hope you have a better than average weekend also. :)

This came out super, Charles ! Looks very well made . Cool photo too, the shadows add to the mystique . Great work : )

Artist Reply: Thanks, Dave. When everything comes up lemons, you make lemonade. In this case, it is sun and plenty of it. I have these modular pieces down to a science. They'a're like puzzles you create then assemble yourself. Ha. :)
