This is a variation on an envelope drawing as it's on a piece of printed material from my car insurance company. Or should I say, what USED to be my car insurance company. Hence the page 2 of 2 on the upper left hand side. Also a bit of tiny print on the other side bleeds through a little starting under the cloud on that same side. They say a daydreamer is one who dreams and/or imagines himself something he isn't. But it's been my view that what he dreams of being is probably what he is and he's been unfortunate enough to fall into a role or profession ill-suited to him. Uh, your ideas may vary. This is a 7.5 by 4 inches gel pen drawing on dubious paper---well, the insurance company was. Original Jones Art wonders what he'd be if circumstances had been more favorable throughout his life. Then it dawns on him he;d be very much the same as he is in northwest Austin, Texas. Alas!

Maybe a chance the paper is acid free ? or to try and cure it with acrylic spray ? just a thought , nice drawing , Charles : )

Artist Reply: Well, it has a nice weave so who knows, Dave? It's not like folks are lining up to take my drawings off my hands. I thought it had a little 'something' so I kept it. I'll ask Gemini what I should do. Ha! Hope all is going great these last few minutes of Sunday. :)
