Peg Leg, the cheaper alternative in prosthetic leg replacement. This guy looks very pleased with his. Or does he? This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art, trying desperately to keep up with himself in northwest Austin, Texas.

Seeing this Peg Leg Characture reminded us of the Movie that Kirk Douglas was in, terrific Imagination with all your Artistry

Artist Reply: I had forgotten about that movie, Al. I wonder if it's online? Anyway, yes, I keep my hand in and that, of course, keeps my mind in. Hope all is well with you two. :)

His face is somewhat content but contemplative as to what he has to endure to get around . Best to you, fella : ) Like the coloring and pen work, Charles

Artist Reply: His face IS a bit difficult to read, Dave. In the old movies, the guy with the peg leg was usually an old sailor, as I recall. Well, it's my 'usual' work these days, with some variation. :)
