I used my old magnetic drawing tablet to come up with the idea for this fellow. Worry has taken a lot of years from many lives over the centuries, I wager. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art wonders if worry ever goes away entirely here in northwest Austin, Texas.

From indignance to fear I feel on the poor guy's facade. Is it that he anticipates something I know nothing about? Be well, Charles, no matter what;s the weather might be. Spring is on her way with two buckets of vital juices.

Artist Reply: Well, I hope they are rather large buckets, Nikolay. I think we could all use a recharge of vital juices. I have so many drawings ahead I don't have to touch a pen for months---but, of course, I will. Hurrah for optimism! :)

HE SURE LOOKS WORRIED. YOU GOT THE EXPRESSION VERY WELL. HOPE A HAPPIER ONE SOON.

Artist Reply: Well, my characters usually range between ambivalent to sourpuss, Joanie. BUT occasionally a grin will squeak through. I give them what the hand wants them to have. Hope all is good with you and yours. :)

Like the expressive eyes , Charles. Hope he's not worrying too much : ) Pretty cold this morning with the windchill . The feels like temp is 11 ... lollll !

Artist Reply: Thanks, Dave. Sometimes simple is the most effective. It's 69 degrees F here presently with a high of 72 predicted. This is pretty much a sweet spot for us down here. :)
