Lone Tree

This is a painting of a single tree on the edge of a cliff. It is placed on the western slope of Colorado where I live. There are a lot of cliffs, bluffs and other interesting rock formations in this area which gives me lots of inspiration. A lone tree stands on a cliff with vibrant red leaves, set against a colorful sunset sky. The landscape features warm earth tones and contrasting cool shades.
