A New Dawn

This was painted for a specific gallery that has asked for a few more images. I have based this loosely on the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The scene is of a fiery sunrise that casts a warm glow over a serene mountain landscape, reflected beautifully in the still waters below. The vibrant colors of the sky contrast with the dark silhouettes of the mountains, accentuated by the presence of several white birds in flight.
