Waxing poetic about what a fertile shadow might mean in one's life isn't up to me. I think it's up to each of us what kind of seeds we plant and what sort of blooms we desire. This is an 8 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art continues to do what he hopes will bring forth residual blossoms for many years to come and not only in northwest Austin, Texas.

Is that like anything like the 5 o'clock shadow Charles;D

Artist Reply: I think this shadow has more to do with creatives and their built-in need to create than facial stubble. BUT, that being said, I could use a new electric shaver. I hope things are going great today, Ray. :)

He looks a little taller in this one, Charles, hence a bigger shadow . Any reference to Jung's shadow ? Cool drawing as always : ) Hope the weather there is allowing you to do some work outside

Artist Reply: I changed my format in general recently and now my figures look taller/longer as a result, Dave. As far as Jung goes, I'm not exactly sold on the compartmentalization of the psyche. Of course his 'shadow' also included spontaneity and creativity amongst mostly negatives. I usually take a break in the hottest part of the summer but we'll see this year. Hope all is going great. :)
