Here's two Torvosaurus tanneri unleashing a surprise attack on a Stegosaurus stenops during the late Jurassic. This artwork was completed in May 2025 on a 16"×20" cold press illustration board using a combination of charcoal, carbon, and graphite pencils. The dinosaurs were done in charcoal ranging from HB to 6B while the background was done with both carbon from 2B to 6B and graphite from 6B to 6H. This artwork was published in the Prehistoric Times Magazine Issue #154 in July 2025 and is currently featured in the Virtual Paleo Art Gallery curated by Extinct Fine Art that began July 18th, 2025. In addition, it will be on display at the Paleo Art Show in Minneapolis Minnesota at the ALTR Gallery beginning August 8th, 2025.
